We can never really control other people or our world… but we CAN control how much LOVE we give in response #gameoflife #gratitude #wellbeing #lifetest #discernment #lifebalance #unconditionallove #resilience #challenges
For so many of us, life FEELS LIKE A CONSTANT STRUGGLE. It’s a daily battle, just ‘to survive’. We try hard to do what’s expected of us or do even more! What we don’t realize is that by just CARRYING ON IN OUR USUAL WAY, we deny ourselves so much. Usually we just conform to OUR PRIOR SOCIAL CONDITIONING. We became trapped in these HABITUAL PATTERNS. However, we sacrifice an important part of our real self in this process. We sabotage our true inner desires and needs. This
WE USUALLY DON’T LISTEN TO THE NEEDS OF OUR INNER-SELF! We figuratively dam up these inner urges behind ‘a wall’ and defer them; until FINALLY A BREAK-DOWN OR ‘LEAK’ OCCURS somewhere. A small leak corresponds to a small crisis. A larger crack in ‘the wall’ - a larger crisis. A major break in ‘the dam’ - a major life-threatening crisis. However, we do then get A SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY… an incentive to change our lives! This is another important life lesson (No. 23): A CRISIS F
What can happen if we keep denying our inner needs and our need for unique expression? This leads to an important life lesson, No. 21: RESISTING INNER SELF-EXPRESSION CAUSES UN-EASE. The IMMEDIATE RESULT of deferring or denying this deep need for self-expression is UN-ease. If not recognized and corrected this leads to DIS-order and then can become DIS-ease. Initially we ignore our UN-ease or distract ourselves from the discomfort. This becomes the low-grade dissatisfactio

We hold back! This is expressed as life lesson No. 18: WE USUALLY DENY OR AVOID OUR FULL POTENTIAL Most of us delay our inner self-development. We distract ourselves with other things. We waste our energy in denying this inner urge and suppressing it. We hold back the realization of our full potential. I
We have previously discussed the importance of inner needs and the benefit in exploring these. These needs may signal something more than just our genetic makeup or life experience. Hidden needs may even predispose us to certain life experiences. They often manifest as a strong desire to express ourselves and share our special talents with the world. The outcome is a work in progress! Life lesson No. 13 is:
WE HAVE A DEEP NEED TO EXPRESS OUR TALENTS & ABILITIES From deep with
OUTWARDLY WE CAN APPEAR SO CONFIDENT AND SO SUCCESSFUL.
Others might see us as being clever, in control, polished or even slick. This is just our ‘mask’. Our ‘mask’ of practiced responses and ingrained habits. INWARDLY WE CAN FEEL SO EMPTY AND SO UNFULFILLED. Deep within, we feel unhappy and discontent. Inside ourselves, we can be in dire need and facing inner turmoil. WE YEARN FOR DEEP INNER PEACE. We have not yet found what we truly need. WE HAVE NOT FOUND OUR TRUE PURPOS
