SOS BOOK (Chapter 3.16) Journaling for personal transformation

JOURNALING ALLOWS US TO EXPLORE OUR FEELINGS AND REACTIONS TO LIFE.

Journaling helps reinforce our achievements and record our insights. We can log our personal progress, including the challenges and emotional triggers we have encountered.

KEEPING A RECORD CAN HELP BUILD OUR SENSE OF WORTH & SELF-ESTEEM.

As part of an overall plan, a journal can record our personal issues and milestones of success. Otherwise we tend to forget all our achievements too quickly! We become distracted by new activities and challenges. Without positive confirmation & reinforcement we tend to dwell on our difficulties instead. That negative tendency can lower our vibration and take us down!



REVIEWING OUR POSITIVE PROGRESS CAN HELP REINFORCE FUTURE SUCCESS.


We can look back and see just how far we have travelled and what the key lessons or markers have been. A journal can help us measure or chart our development. This encourages us further!

Journaling can help overcome future self-doubt. We have recorded the evidence of our past progress, courage and the wisdom acquired. We continue a discussion on overcoming our initial doubts, next in Chapter 3.17

CAPTURE INSIGHTS & REALIZATIONS FOR FUTURE REFLECTION.

On our journey, precious understandings & wisdom will crystallize. Looking back at a catalogue of realisations helps reinforce the progress we have made. Recording the life-lessons we have learned is therefore very useful. Keeping a journal is another opportunity to physically validate our inner connection to our higher self. The act of journaling can be a meditative experience in itself.

Journaling is another opportunity to document memorable experiences in our life. We can reflect with appreciation on the progress we’ve made. We can be thankful for the new quality our life now holds. We can be grateful not only for our material progress, but for our health & relationships. Most importantly we can acknowledge our inner well-being, fulfillment & peace of mind. The acquisition of more wisdom, compassion & unconditional love leads to be more giving.

A journal can help us to look at our life from a higher perspective. It helps us to think more about others. We can even chart our level of service in a journal. A journal can help you to recognise that we are giving more of our talent & ability. We can check that we offer this service freely for the ultimate benefit of all humanity.
